Operations / PA - growing consultancy in the City: £35 - 40,000 plus benefits
This role is to support across a team of 25 who have growth plans into next year - you will be involved in Operations support, PA duties and Office Management. This is a busy and varied role with scope for the right candidate to get involved across the business - they have 2 floors of a great, modern office close to Bank which they recently moved into. The team will grow by around another 10 team members in 2025 and need support from you across the office / company including:
- Office Management - budgets, suppliers, orders, landlord liaison, keeping the office looking great
- PA support - for the company's Founder: itineraries, complex meetings and travel
- Client / visitor liaison - managing hot-desking, greeting visitors and clients
- HR / Events - supporting with onboarding as well as socials and staff / client events
- Business Operations - supporting the Head of Operations to ensure that the office and business can function smoothly
This is a tech-focused business whose clients are insurance and financial services; you will be working across the team to support where you can best assist and so will be able to get involved across their company. A go-to for the team and clients you can get great exposure if you are 'happy to help' and get stuck in to learn.
Friendly, team atmosphere - great office environment - this is an office-based role with the possibility to WFH one day per week. The role may suit candidates from SME / consultancy / or start-up background with an interest in technology.
£35 - 40,000 plus benefits including pension and private medical.
