Salary - £90,000
Hybrid working - x2 days per week in office (London)
Spencer Rose are currently recruiting for an Operational Resilience Specialist to join a leading Financial Services organisation based in Central London, however offer a flexible hybrid working model. Within this role the Operational Resilience Specialist will be responsible for the development of business processes for the organisation and ongoing management of their information flows to collate information across different divisions within the business with the objective to articulate the resilience health of the organisation.
The Operational Resilience Specialist will have the following responsibilities -
- Lead and support the development of Business Process mapping across the organisation
- Lead change across the organisation as the Operational Resilience function matures.
- To establish new and existing forums to ensure resilience health across delivery of their products and services
The Operational Resilience Specialist will need to have the following skills/experience -
- Prior experience leading and providing support to the identification and collation of data points across Financial Market Infrastructure.
- Must have a strong background and understanding of Process Mapping from initial development
- Must have experience previously working within financial services
