Onboarding Manager

Onboarding Manager £17.50 per hour (umbrella rate) Minimum 6-month contract
This role can be based in Hampshire, South Wales or North East England
We have a new vacancy working with a public sector client for a minimum of 6 months.
Your main duties will include ensuring candidates and managers are kept informed throughout the onboarding process whilst providing a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for providing management with data for the new starters.
I am keen to speak to Recruitment Administrators who have worked in a similar role with skills and experience including:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator who can work well in a team and under own initiative and build relationships
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
- Used to working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload
