Main responsibilities:
You participate in the design & amp, implementation of planning solutions.
You act as DRP and MEIO expert in the Demand and S&OP related projects you are involved in.
You coordinate and participate in the testing of new requirements delivered by the supplier OMP
You frequently interact with users and process owners for the identification of improvement opportunities
You liaise with technology and solution providers for the effective implementation of the solutions
You become an OMP expert and partners towards business
Together with the business center of excellence you align on application improvements
You align with our supplier OM Partners to solve any Bugs or issues in the Deployment Program
You functionally guide the first- and second-line demand and S&OP support teams which are located offshore
You act as third line support on the demand and S&OP planning systems when the other support lines cannot solve the problem

Required capabilities
You have a good process understanding of end-to-end planning processes (such as Demand Planning, S&OP, Network Planning, Material Management and Detailed Scheduling) combined with the ability to translate the discussed solutions into an IT platform
You have strong analytical skills complemented with a master's degree (Operations Management, Mathematics, Physics, Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering with Supply Chain focus,).
You are a supply chain expert. CPIM certificate is an asset
You are able to understand and analyze complex business problems and to translate them into system requirements
You can coordinate people to achieve a goal within a certain timeframe.
You are able to work with the standard applications like for example Microsoft Office
You are a quick learner and results driven
You are able to work both autonomously and as strong team player
You have initial experience with OMP, or you are interested in quickly acquiring it
This role is Senior Consultant of the Sales & Operations Planning and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization functional delivery stream of the OMP Tool.
This role is required to be skilled at identifying requirements and working with a team to develop and document business and technical requirements.
This role is responsible for future state process creation based on identified business and technical requirement and identifying the use cases in the OMP software.
This responsible for identifying simplification opportunities and translating these into solutions while maintaining the integrity of requirements.
This role is accountable with the business for developing and executing effective change management plans for Operational Planning.
This role is accountable for scoping and managing Template Rollouts for Sales & Operations Planning and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization.
This role is accountable for the testing of the Sales & Operations Planning and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization functionality and acceptance of the solutions fitness for purpose.
This role is responsible for proactively managing risks.
This role is accountable with the business for developing and executing effective cutover/deployment plans for Sales & Operations Planning and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization.
