Job Description
Office Manager - Carmarthen - Permanent Overseeing the daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary. Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment. Ensuring the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services. Planning in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who has proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. You will be a highly organised individual with great time-management skills. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be an IT-savvy individual who is proficient in using the Microsoft Office package. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritise their workload, whilst working with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
