Job Description
Office Manager, full-time, 08:30-16:30, Monday-Friday, £27,000, Preston based. Completing all aspects of day-to-day administration. Managing filing systems, updating the database and controlling a centralised inbox, dispersing information to the relevant departments. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Providing advice and support for the office administrators. What you'll need to succeed
Previous management experience or working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. Excellent with budgeting to ensure office supplies are fully stocked. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage staff. Proficient in Microsoft Packages. What you'll get in return
Hybrid work following the completion of probation. £27,000 per annum. Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30. Based in Preston. Free parking available. What you need to do now
