Your new role
In your new role as Office Manager, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Ensuring the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Planning in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
