Your new company
You will be joining a well-respected local construction business as an office junior. This role is an exciting and varied opportunity for a college leaver to gain their first experience within an office-based environment.
Your new role
Working in various departments across the business, including accounts, health and safety, surveying and general administration, you will work alongside colleagues to build your knowledge and administrative skills in different areas. You will work with colleagues and clients to provide excellent support, receiving training and development to support you in deciding which direction to focus your career.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a passion for administration and a keen interest in the construction industry. You will hold GCSE English and Maths and be a confident communicator.
What you'll get in return
A full-time 2-year training programme in administration with exposure across all levels and areas of the business.
