Job Description
We are a long established independant firm of Accountatns looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Eastleigh.
Duties include:
- Managing post received
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Typing letters and invoices
- Monitoring disposal of confidential waste
- Maintain and monitor storage of offsite files.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpesonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
Additional information:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working 20 to 25 hours per week
