Office Administrator - Nottingham

Your new company
An industry recognised engineering consultancy based in Nottingham.
Your new role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 15 colleagues with general administrative duties including data input, booking transport and accommodation, chasing accounts and invoices, ordering equipment, collating information for bids and tenders, diary management, and a variety of other tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Key skills you will need:

  • IT proficiency
  • Experience using MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
It would also be great if you had experience using the Wholebase system, but training will be provided, so this is not a requirement.
