OCM Aspire Lead - 6+ months - Remote - Start ASAP

For our customer in the Budapest Area we are looking for an OCM Aspire Lead.
Your main task is to drive the OCM deployment Forward.

Tasks:
* Partner with ASPIRE Cluster team & affiliates to drive OCM for the deployment
* Plan and execute change management, training, communications, and user adoption activities per ASPIRE OCM standards
* Oversee OCM Wave tasks, outcomes, and timelines; collaborate with local OCM SPOCs
* Identify and remediate change management and user adoption risks
* Ensure OCM activities align with deployment timelines and integrate with other workstreams
* Address changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures

Requirements:
* OCM Lead Experience especially in large/scale SAP/ERP
* Minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams and familiarity with project Management
* SAP/ERP (or equivalent) large-scale implementation experience
* Experience in a life science environment is preferred

* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Budapest/80% Remote
* Language: English
