Multitrade Maintanence Technician

Are you a skilled and experienced multitrade professional? Do you have a background in general building maintenance, covering a mix of trades such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and more?

We are a well-established and growing company looking for a Multitrade Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This is a self-employed role, working across various locations in London.

The Role:

•Carrying out maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties

•Working on a variety of tasks, including:

•Plastering

•Carpentry

•Drylining

•Plumbing

•Tiling

•Basic electrical work

•Windows renovation

•Painting (interior & exterior)

•General property repairs & maintenance

•Using your high material knowledge to ensure high-quality work

•Covering different areas across London

Requirements:

•Immediate availability required

•Proven experience in general building maintenance and social housing

•Strong skills in multiple trades (listed above)

•Own van and tools (Essential)

•Ability to work independently and efficiently

•Flexible to travel across London for different jobs
