Job Description

We're looking for a Multi Trade Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our Maintenance team based at Berrywood Hospital, Northampton.

Location: Berrywood Hospital, Northampton

Contract: Full Time, permanent. With Call Out Rota (Details within Job Description)

What will you be responsible for?

As a Multi Trade Engineer (Electrical bias), you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in Maintenance across the site.

Your day to day will include:

  • To conduct PPM and reactive maintenance across the site as required

  • Working with the on-site team, including Contract Manager, to ensure KFM Health & Safety policies are adhered to at all times both with internal staff and external subcontractors, and to ensure a positive and effective team approach when delivering the contract requirements.

  • To Maintain all M&E/Building Fabric PPM & reactive activities in accordance with KFS quality management system including preparation for internal/external auditsChecking of building assets against PPM planners and applying change/variation processes accordingly

  • Carry out site/work inspections for quality and compliance

  • You have experience conducting commercial PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks
  • You have experience working alongside Sub Contractors and Clients
