Our client is awell-established company looking for a Handyperson tojoin their team. This role will be based across various sites, carrying out arange of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
Your new role
As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for:
• Carrying out plannedand reactive maintenance across various sites.
• Completing generalbuilding tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving,drainage, and plumbing.
• Assisting withfacilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keepingareas clean and tidy.
• Responding toout-of-hours alarm activations when required.
• Ensuring all workfollows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting riskassessments.
• Workingindependently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Recording all workcompleted in the internal PMR system.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful inthis role, you will need:
• A broad range ofmaintenance and repair skills.
• The ability to workindoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
• Basic IT skills(training on in-house systems will be provided).
• Flexibility and theability to adapt to different tasks.
• Strong teamworkingand communication skills.
• A full UK drivinglicence.
