Mortgage Administration Officer vacancy for a globally operating Zürich based company in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting Mortgage Change-the-Bank projects, with a focus on the operational side and implementation
- Being responsible for introducing new data requirements
- Improving the existing data quality and creating the corresponding reports
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, including data protection policies, IT security procedures and health and safety policies
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the banking sector
- Well-versed with office management software like Microsoft Word and Excel
- An understanding of the mortgage solutions would be beneficial
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
