Your new role

• Daily duties will include fault-finding, repairs, installation, minor works and associated plumbing tasks.
  
• Maintaining compliance procedures.
  
• Taking calls and enquiries.
  
• Logging all the work effectively and keeping the records up to date.
  
• Other maintenance work may be carried out, depending on client requirements.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have experience of plumbing work on commercial properties.
  
• You will have a full clean driving licence and be happy to run a DBS check
  
• You will have NVQ L3 or equivalent in Plumbing
  
• You will be able to use technological devices to log projects
  
• You will have excellent communication skills and a proactive personality.
