Posted 10 hours 26 minutes ago by KPMG
As a Senior Manager Business Transformation you will be involved in recruiting and executing international projects, in which you will act as a program / project manager or workflow leader. In this role, you advise or help customers to successfully implement a Microsoft Dynamics solution, or to get more value out of it. You are a real sparring partner for the (especially finance and IT) managers and clients of our clients. During the recruitment and implementation of projects, you are in many cases responsible for managing and coaching (international) teams.
Transformation projects often have different origins. Think, for example, of projects that start as a strategic issue and result in process harmonization and optimization, in which process chains and business requirements are drawn up for the implementation of a (new) application. Or after mergers or acquisitions where the merging of applications leads to implementation, integration or decommissioning processes.
Within projects, you will help organizations in the field of application strategy, process and system design, data migration, testing or training, among other things.
You apply your implementation experience and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge by taking customers by the hand based on a structured approach. Moreover, you have a focus on delivering with high quality. With your knowledge, experience and communication skills, you can be persuasive and act as a pivot between business and IT.
