Captor MES Implementation
Location: Madrid/UK
Contract: 6 months

We're looking for an experienced IT Industrial Process Contractor to lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for our client. This role will involve working closely with IT, production, and quality teams to design, develop, and optimise operational processes that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and product quality. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end MES project, ensuring seamless integration, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, MES systems, and database integration, along with experience in PLC interfacing, SQL, and Power BI. Given the nature of the role, fluency in English, Spanish, and French is highly desirable to communicate to stakeholders and work with international teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Captor (MES) implementation, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Analysing and optimising operational workflows using MES capabilities.
• Integrating MES with existing production and IT systems, ensuring smooth data flow.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Industrial automation & Captor MES experience, with a solid understanding of production systems.
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, TIA Portal and Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, with Spanish and French being highly desirable.
• Flexibility to travel to different UK & European sites as needed.
