Membership Services Executive

We are recruiting for a not-for-profit membership body who supports the publishing industry and ensures that authors can continue to create. We are looking for a confident and friendly candidate to join their membership services team and make sure that queries and requests from existing members are dealt with efficiently and potential new members are made aware of all of our clients services and benefits.
Excellent customer service skills will be key as well as experience keeping CRM systems up to date and accurate. Previous experience in a professional membership body would be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to details and previous data handling experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Confidence when dealing with stakeholders and representing the company at member events
- A minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience
