Mechanical Estimator - Building Services: Derbyshire : £40,000 to £55,000 + Car/Allowance
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry. Previous experience with the CYPHER system is beneficial but not essential. Strong understanding of mechanical building services. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Your new role
As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation.
- Utilise the CYPHER system for estimating and project management.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of estimating standards and workflows. ️
