Job Title: Mechanic Day Engineer
Salary: £45,000 per annum (plus £8,000 additional for shift cover)
Location: Canary Wharf
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Mechanic Day Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing critical equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on CRAC units, CRY units, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide additional shift cover for up to 20 days per year, earning an extra £8,000.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

• F-Gas certification (essential).
• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience working with CRAC units, CRY units, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
