Develop individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Fostera positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Collaboratewith colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.

Utilisecreative teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.

Requirements:

QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experiencein teaching Maths at various levels.

Strongunderstanding of alternative provision and SEN (Special Educational Needs).

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Abilityto adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
