The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our vibrant school community. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to contribute to the students' academic growth and personal development.
Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum, fostering a love for the subject.

Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Differentiation: Cater to diverse learning needs by implementing effective differentiation techniques.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Pastoral Care: Support students' well-being and act as a mentor when needed.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of educational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Subject Expertise: A strong background in mathematics, with the ability to inspire and challenge students.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Adaptability: Willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods and adapt to changing educational landscapes.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.

ECTs Welcome: Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in their second year are encouraged to apply.
