An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Services Manager to join a dynamic Social Welfare Charity organisation. This full-time role sits within the Communications and Marketing team and supports the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan in line with the charity s four year strategy. The role is key to delivering a range of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, working closely with fundraising teams, internal departments, and external agencies.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Support the development and execution of the annual Communications and Marketing plan
- Work in partnership with fundraising teams and internal departments to help them achieve their objectives
- Devise, deliver, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for major fundraising projects
- Oversee the charity s product-related content across the website, ensuring effective presentation and optimisation
- Create campaign landing pages and supporter journeys using WordPress
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other ad networks
- Write engaging and strategically aligned content for marketing communications
- Manage the charity s MailChimp account, overseeing email marketing requests and campaigns
- Brief and manage external agencies across design, advertising, and digital marketing services
- Monitor website and campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage project budgets and oversee marketing services budget lines throughout the financial year
Ideal candidate profile:
- 6 8 years experience in a fast-paced, high-performing marketing environment
- Strong background in digital and performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta platforms, campaign tracking, and remarketing (GA4 and Meta Pixel)
- Experience in print and production, WordPress, MailChimp, and Adobe design software (advantageous)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Experience working in an agency or service-oriented marketing role is desirable
- Passion for the charity sector and commitment to its mission
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally work outside of core hours (TOIL available)
Location: Victoria, London
Salary: £44,000
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days on-site
Contract: Permanent
