Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Marketing Officer who can play a key support role for Tearfund's marketing and fundraising activities. The role includes opportunities to support the exploration of new ways to raise income, contributing to fundraising projects and annual planning. You will need to maintain the integrity of the supporter database and to effectively monitor campaign performance. You will also need to be comfortable liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders and be able to oversee relationships with donors or volunteers (e.g. fundraisers, church reps or speaking volunteers) so that they are trained, resourced and supported appropriately.

Do you have the following experience?
- Experience working in a fundraising environment
- Understanding of relationship management techniques
- Proven experience of database or CRM management
- Project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to write reports and creative briefs
- A good understanding of analysing financial data
- The ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
- Excellent IT skills

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Teddington Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
