An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, Not-for-Profit organisation. This newly created, full-time role sits within the Marketing and Communications team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

  • Manage cross-functional campaigns, working closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximise marketing effectiveness.

  • Lead on the development of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and PR activities.

  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Provide supportive line management to junior team members, fostering their development and well-being.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • At least 5 year experience working in Marketing.

  • Experience working in a similar role in the Not-for-Profit sector.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision making.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.

  • Experience in line management, with a commitment to mentoring and developing team members.

  • Knowledge of the industry sector, with a passion for driving brand success.

Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Contract: Permanent
