Marketing & Sales Assistant - Central London - 3 days a week on site

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our customers team based in Central London working on site 3 days per week. This is a permanent position paying up to £32,000 depending on experience.

• Managing the Marketing Activities Calendar, including the Content Calendar
• Supporting content creation and publishing content, including posting blogs g.
• Creating content for various uses, including the website, LinkedIn, Hubspot emails
• Supporting the Sales, Business Development, Product and ExCo teams
• Training and use of Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, to create and publish content,
• A curious mind that asks questions and works with a continuous professional development mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and from all backgrounds, as well as the ability foster positivity and trust across teams and regions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing skills, with a vigilant eye for grammar, style and tone of voice.
• Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, preferably Hubspot and Salesforce
• An understanding of financial products and services, as well as the importance of regulatory compliance, is desirable.
• Design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is desirable.
