LUKOIL Lubricants Europe GmbH has been active in Europe since 2011 and has two of its own lubricant plants in Austria and Finland. Marketing and e-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben
As a Marketing and e-Commerce Manager, you will lead our e-commerce and digital sales channels, such as digital product catalogues, media bank and other product related platforms and will be a crucial team member in driving organizational growth. You will identify new market opportunities and recommend expansion strategies.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy for e-commerce sites and digital sales channels to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. Ensure accurate, SEO-optimized product listings and monitor inventory, pricing and availability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing as well as identify new market opportunities and areas for improvement to increase sales and revenue.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to boost online sales through strategies like promotional campaigns or other marketing related projects.
- Develop content strategies and collaborate with product teams to create product content to be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
- Continuously review the marketing strategy and amend if needed.
- Increase traffic to the company's website and online ordering platforms.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce efforts with business goals.
- Plan and optimize e-commerce marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze ROI.
- Leading a small team, enabling a culture of innovation and teamwork to achieve departments objectives.
- Generate performance reports on e-commerce performance and use data insights to refine strategies as well as monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.).
Profil
- University degree with an economic focus (BSc, MSc) and ideally specialization in marketing or equivalent work experience in a similar position
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the marketing sector in a comparable position, preferably in the B2B area
- Experience with online tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.) and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, XING, ) as well as dealing with various CMS
- Expertise in developing, maintaining, and analyzing e-commerce platforms and other online applications
- Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEA, SEM, SMM, PPC and Content Management Systems (CMS), (Citrix), analytical skills, research, and data literacy
- Skills in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Excellent German and English skills (C1) Sophisticated handling of MS Office (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- High team orientation and strong communication skills as well as hands-on mentality
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity executing actions/projects within deadlines Self-initiative ideas on improving processes and systems related to marketing
