Our Marketing and Communications Volunteers are the voice of Future Youth Zone, sharing our story and impact with the wider community. They help promote the positive change we create for young people, contributing to a welcoming and vibrant environment through engaging content. In addition, they provide essential support in gathering stories, images, and stats, which allows us to showcase the achievements and experiences of our members, inspiring others to connect with and support our mission.

Gather and create inspiring media content (stories, images, videos, stats) to showcase the impact of Future Youth Zone. Support the delivery team in capturing session content and work with young people to build their communication skills and confidence. Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in improving the website's usability, visibility, and SEO to enhance brand awareness. Build positive relationships with young people, staff, and visitors, ensuring that communications are youth-led and representative. Promote the Youth Zone actively, participate in events, and be ready to adapt quickly to new situations. Contribute to a positive team environment, support volunteers, and uphold the values of Future Youth Zone in all duties.
