Robert Half is working with a growing, purpose-driven business in ecology and biodiversity renewal to find a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Manager.
This standalone role will lead marketing manager strategy, brand development, digital campaigns, and drive high-value B2B lead generation.
Marketing & Business Development Manager - London (UK REMOTE) - Up to £65,000
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
Lead the rebranding of the business.
Manage digital marketing (social media, SEO, email) and website optimisation.
Work closely with sales teams to generate and convert leads.
Conduct market research and analyse trends for growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting.
Build stakeholder relationships and represent the business at industry events.
Launch internal communications initiatives (newsletters, Intranet updates).
Identify and support new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years' marketing experience, with strong B2B expertise.
Proven success in strategic marketing and digital campaign management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
