About The Role:

Our client, a pioneering architectural practice, renowned for their commitment to sustainable and innovative design, are seeking a Marketing and Bids Coordinator to join their team in NW London. Crafting spaces that seamlessly integrate with the environment while enhancing the human experience, they are redefining the future of architecture.

Working closely with the Directors, your focus will be to leave an impact on new business endeavours and both external and internal communications. Your proficiency in translating architecture, design, and technical information into clear, persuasive, and jargon-free materials will be crucial. You will also play a pivotal role in bid and competition support and lead strategies for internal communications within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track industry sources for tender opportunities and manage bid submissions, including EOIs, SQs, and ITTs
  • Maintain and update bid content, templates, and case studies for future use
  • Conduct post-bid reviews to refine submission strategies
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Oversee business development meetings, tracking progress against marketing objectives
  • Manage the CRM system to monitor opportunities and campaign performance
  • Lead award submissions, press releases, and internal communications
  • Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and networking initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all studios

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing or bid coordination, preferably in the built environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset
  • Passion for people, place, and climate-conscious design
  • Interest in professional development (CIM/CIPR accreditation beneficial but not required)
