Manufacturing Financial Controller - Kent

Our client, a growing Manufacturing SME in Kent, is seeking a Financial Controller to manage a small finance function and help grow the business. This is a newly created role, reporting to the CFO and will suit a career-driven and ambitious fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) keen to develop their career.Key responsibilities include:

• Cashflow reporting and forecasting.
• Team management of 3 staff members in finance.
• Working closely with the CFO to analyse profitability and making recommendations.
• Responsibility for monthly management accounts and annual financial reports/audits.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Flexibility to take on more responsibility in the longer term.

The successful candidate:

• Full qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience as Financial Controller / Finance Manager, to include cash flow forecasting, balance sheet recs, yearend audit.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Manufacturing sector experience is a must.
• Living in Kent.

£up to 65,000 per year (may be some flex on this) plus benefits and hybrid working (2 days from home after settling in period).
