Location: Stevenage
Salary: Circa £43,500 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid working: 4-5 days/week on-site

We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing team focused on early-stage product development and production of complex, low-volume, high-mix PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.

What you'll be doing:
- Work across multiple projects in both development and production PCBA environments
- Interface with design teams to optimise for manufacturability (DfM) and support NPI initiatives
- Support non-conformance resolution and continuous improvement efforts
- Create and review manufacturing instructions, design changes, and Bills of Materials
- Perform and review PFMEAs
- Help shape design rules and processes for early-stage PCBAs
- Resolve shop floor queries and build strong cross-functional relationships
What we're looking for:
- Technical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) and HNC or equivalent
- OR a BEng/BSc in a relevant Engineering/Technical discipline
- Hands-on experience with circuit card manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and technologies
- Experience in process development, work instructions, and cross-functional collaboration
