Job Description

What you can look forward to:

• In your role, you will develop strategies for complex real estate engagements predominantly of commercial nature on an international level.
• In this context, you routinely conduct state analysis within the existing Work Out tasks and applicable regulations.
• You create and approve decision proposals for risky engagements, which you also implement - including UTP, Forbearance, and Stage assessment.
• We further trust that you ensure intensive, smooth cooperation with interface areas (market, subsidiaries etc.) as well as external parties.
• You master negotiations with customers, banks, authorities, lawyers, and sales organizations as confidently as risk provision for your engagements and scenario calculations.
• Last but not least, you purposefully pass on your insights and experiences and continuously keep an eye on the quality factor

What we can look forward to:

• Successful degree in economics, law or banking complemented by several years of professional experience - during which an international stay is advantageous
• Knowledge in international/commercial real estate financing business including credit assessment as well as collateral and contract evaluation
• Practical know-how in dealing with professional clients as well as communication at executive level
• Interest in NPL topics as well as expertise in banking and reporting processes
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, fluent English language skills both written and spoken
