Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts aligned with production schedules
- Prepare management accounts, monthly reports, and financial statements
- Assessing production wastage
- Analysing weekly P&Ls
- Analyse and manage cost of goods, production costs, and variances
- Oversee stock valuations and monitor inventory levels for accurate reporting
- Investigate and report on variances between standard and actual costs
- Monitor cash flow impacts related to procurement and production cycles
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit preparations
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams
- Maintain and update standard costing models to reflect accurate costs
To be successful you will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -
- Qualified/ Part Qualified/ Qualified by Experience
- Manufacturing sector experience
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Business partnering experience
