Job Description:
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our production equipment and facilities. You will work closely with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs.

Benefits:

• £38k salary & regular overtime is available
