We're on the lookout for two talented Machine Learning Engineers (Senior/Mid-Level) to join our dynamic Innovation Programme on a fixed-term contract basis.

Role Overview: As an ML Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing end-to-end machine learning solutions. You'll be tasked with designing and implementing data pipelines, preparing data for modelling, and crafting robust models that integrate seamlessly into business applications. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions, guiding projects from data exploration to production.

Design and implement efficient data preparation processes and ML pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Subject Matter Experts, and Technology partners to align solutions with business needs.

Integrate ML models into existing software applications and services, ensuring smooth functionality.

Maintain robust deployment practises, monitor performance, and provide operational support for ML models.

Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (eg, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pandas).

Demonstrated experience in ML pipeline design, data preparation, feature engineering, and model integration.

Proficient with deployment frameworks and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Familiarity with integration techniques, including APIs and service-oriented architectures.

Experience with various databases (relational, graph, object stores) is a plus.

Background in financial services or banking environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

5-7+ years of professional experience in ML Engineering roles.
