Loan IQ Business SME/Analyst

Contract Duration: 1 April - 31 December 2025 (Potential for Extension)
Day Rate: £600 - £750 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Central London, the rest remote

Role Overview:
We are seeking two highly experienced Loan IQ Business SMEs/Analysts to support a large-scale wholesale lending transformation programme. This initiative focuses on migrating the loan portfolio from ACBS to Finastra Loan IQ and upgrading Loan IQ product functionality, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in Corporate and Syndicated Lending product frameworks and process flows.
* Support and lead change projects migrating to Finastra Loan IQ, specifically within wholesale lending transformation initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement wholesale lending business processes aligned with business requirements.
* Contribute to the upgrade of Finastra Loan IQ functionality and ensure smooth integration with upstream and downstream systems.
* Engage with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement best practices for Loan IQ usage and optimisation.
* Provide business analysis, gap assessments, and strategic recommendations to enhance lending operations.

Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with Finastra Loan IQ, including migrations and upgrades.
* Strong understanding of Corporate and Syndicated Lending processes.
* Experience working on wholesale lending transformation projects, particularly migrating loan portfolios from ACBS to Loan IQ.
* Proven expertise in Loan IQ product functionality and its integration within a financial services ecosystem.
* Ability to design and optimise wholesale lending business processes in line with operational needs.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with business and IT teams effectively.

Work Arrangement:
* Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in Central London, the rest remote
