As a Licensing Consultant you will:
- Provide licensing consultancy for Microsoft Volume licensing programs such as EA, MPSA, MCA, and CSP
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely customer renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Support the sales teams in developing and selling Microsoft Cloud licensing solutions
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
