Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the nursery's outstanding standards.
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support individual children's needs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
• Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
• Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering outstanding care.
