Role Overview:

leasehold properties
operated by a charitable organization. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Team Leadership: As a Lettings Manager, you'll lead a team of
3 Lettings Officers, each overseeing specific property patches. Your leadership skills will drive performance and collaboration.
Commercial Savvy: Profitability matters! You'll leverage your commercial skills to maximise returns from our
Commercial assets, including a shop and club.
Financial Acumen: Good with numbers? Your finance skills will be put to use as you manage budgets, analyse financial data, and make informed decisions.
Legal Know-How: Understanding housing legislation is crucial. You'll stay up-to-date with regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
