This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in the Motherwell Area, committed to providing quality housing solutions.The Housing Association owns and manages around 4,600 properties and provides services to 3,000 factored homeowners.
With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Lettings Team on a 6-month contract.
Your new role
Property Management: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, schedule inspections, and ensure units are ready for new tenantsAdministrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, prepare lease agreements, and assist with rent collection and processing
Tenant Support: Assist residents with the application process, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring forms are completed accurately
Communication: Facilitate communication between tenants and property management, ensuring that maintenance requests and other issues are managed efficiently
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to tenants and applicants, responding to enquiries and complaints promptly
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Lettings Assistant or Property Manager experience requiredExperience in SME and Inventory Hive (or similar) is desired but not essential.Other systems are Payprop, Open Housing, Safe Deposits Scotland, desired but not essential.What you'll get in return
