This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to combine administrative expertise with hands-on property management duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Safety Checks: Arrange and coordinate necessary safety checks, including gas and electrical safety inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Tenant Liaison: Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organise property management records, including tenancy agreements, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.
- Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance work as required.
- Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in property management or a similar administrative role.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
