  • As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team and fee earners with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
  • Handling confidential information, dealing with clients, making and arranging meetings.
  • You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
What you'll need to succeed
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are also required.
  • A motivated and hardworking attitude towards work.
