Job Description

Position: Legal Secretary

Our client adynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Sevenoaks, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Secretary to join their team and support their legal professionals in delivering a top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal executives.
  • Managing and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handling client inquiries and communications.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and records.
  • Performing general office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
