Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, especially those with SEND
• Aid students both in and out of the classroom, promoting progression and attainment
• Confidently manage behaviour and implement strategies to support students success
• Engage with professionals to help students achieve their full potential

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant role:

• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in supporting SEND students

Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Pay: £450-£550 per week (via PAYE)
