Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant Havering Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Havering. This large, inclusive school is seeking a dedicated individual to support students with SEN, focusing on behaviour management and student attainment.

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with children with SEN
• Confident in managing behaviour and providing proactive support
• Enthusiastic and able to engage students
• Previous school-based experience required
• Strong GCSEs and A-Levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting student progress and attainment on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Providing classroom support throughout the school day
• Working closely with the SEN team to lead targeted sessions
• Leading support for students across a variety of subjects

Contract Details:

• Full-time, term-time only
• Pay: £90-£100 per day
