Lead/Senior Automation Engineer, C#, Home Based

Lead/Senior QA Automation Engineer, £55000-65000 + benefits. Home based with one day a month in the Nottingham office. Strong Automation, C#, Selenium and mentoring skills required.

Market leading software technology company are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their team. Working on an industry leading SaaS product you will be working on both manual and automation testing. Moreover you will help drive the companies automation journey and must therefore have excellent automation skills.

To be considered for this role you must have -

* Excellent automation experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of C#.
* Excellent knowledge of Selenium.
* Strong manual testing experience.
* Experience of mentoring.

Duties and responsibilities include -

* Work with the product owner and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality based test plans.
* Lead and drive QA/testing activities within your area (this is a hands-on testing role)
* Work with other Leads QA's to set technical direction.
* Help drive the automation strategy.
* Mentor and develop other testers

This is a great role for a Senior or Lead QA who wants to stay hands-on and drive automation.
