Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced UX Lead eager to step into the commercial side of the business and progress towards a Head of IT role. Our client, a dynamic finance company specializing in retail point-of-sale credit for the healthcare sector, is seeking a driven individual to lead design and development while managing the team's priorities and projects.

This role is hybrid with excellent benefits too.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UX & Development Leadership: Lead the design and development process, guiding your team in delivering innovative, user-centered solutions.
  • Team Management: Manage and prioritize the team's tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, commercial, and operations teams, as well as external stakeholders, to align UX initiatives with business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and interpret stakeholder needs, product requirements, and user journeys, transforming them into actionable design and development plans.
  • Project Ownership: Oversee projects from wireframing and prototyping to development and launch, ensuring a seamless Software Development Lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong commercial experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful UX projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive project improvements on existing systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD for creating wireframes and user flows.
