What You Need:
L3 support experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
Hands-on with Yealink, Logitech, Lenovo, HP/Poly MTR equipment and Microsoft Surface Hubs
Experience with Teams Desk Phones (Poly, Yealink, Crestron, AudioCodes)
Knowledge of vendor portals (Poly, Yealink) and troubleshooting MTR integrations with Microsoft 365 and networking
Desirable: Crestron AV systems experience and exposure to AV integration
The Role:
You'll provide L3 AV support, managing incidents in ServiceNow ITSM, working with IT teams and third-party vendors. You'll onboard new customers by supporting Teams Telephony and Contact Center setups and take part in the P1 on-call rota (overtime available). Collaboration is key - you'll work closely with UC and AV teams, with a clear path into project delivery.
